My favorite pancake recipe

Pancakes are one of my favorite breakfasts, it's super quick to make and so so yummy, fit to make any morning an amazing one. Whilst my dad is the best pancake maker I know, I didn't earn his skills. My recipes never turned out right, they always burned, the batter got too thick, or didn't cook evenly, and that is, until this one. I literally tried every recipe I found, and suddenly, one random night I mixed a few ingredients in a bowl out of the blue and my pancakes turned out right. Heck, was I excited!! Excited enough to want to make them everyday and of course, tell you guys all about it!


This recipe is: 
- vegan
- soft & sweet
- cinammon flavored
- perfect with any topping


Ingredients: 
- 1.5 cups of oat flour
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup for topping

Method: 
- Add all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until batter is slightly runny
- Heat a non-stick pan on low heat
- Pour the pancakes and wait for bubbles to rise
- Flip over and wait another 2 mins until done
